Tracy blends psychology and personal growth in a unique and powerful way. Her therapy sessions and group workshops are insightful, relaxed, fun and experiential, allowing participants to discover a deep sense of renewal, self-empowerment and joy. She has also appeared on radio and television.
Tracy has received her BA from the University of Calgary with a focus on psychology and the study of east/west religions. Her Master’s degree was in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, as well as s a Ph.D. with a focus on Jungian Psychology.
In clinical settings, she has worked with inpatient and outpatient clients as an Addiction’s and assessment counselor in the Women’s Recovery Center at Boulder Community Hospital in Boulder, Colorado. She has also served in a community mental health setting as senior clinical therapist for York Region Mental Health in Thornhill, Ontario. Tracy is a registered member of the OACCPP (Ontario Association of Consultants, Counselors, Psychometrists & Psychotherapists). She also works with corporations to provide assistance to employees and their families across Toronto and the GTA in dealing with individual, marital and family issues.
Tracy has been teaching meditaiton for over 15 years. She began the spiritual path at the age of 16 and has been studying the world’s deepest teachings her whole life. Her training in Meditation was from the world reknowned Budhist university, Naropa Institute in Boulder, Colorado where she lived for over five years. She is also a former resident of Kripalu Yoga Ashram in Massachusetts and has studied under some of the world’s most advanced meditation teachers. Academically, she has also majored in both eastern and western religions as well as philosophical thought.
