Counselling is a process where we take time to look at what is going on in ourselves and our lives. Sometimes we may encounter a difficult life experience, a challenge, a difficult relationship; or, we may feel persistent feelings of depression and confusion.

Sharing your experiences in a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship allows those inside feelings to come out and be seen more clearly.

My role is to help you to overcome your obstacles so that you can grow beyond your current limitations.
We take the journey together, healing areas of weakness and building areas of strength. You will be empowered to look at your life in new ways, and, in doing so, you will make better decisions and choices.
