Classes with Tracy are a very safe and supportive environment, inviting your heart to soften and expand, creating a space of compassion & self love.  Weekly classes are oriented towards the needs and interests of the participants. Tracy will also work individually with each participant’s practice to develop their understanding of their own personal experience.

Sessions will include time for question and answers, resolving difficulties with meditation, personal sharings and blocks that the student might encounter.

“Learning Meditation should not come from reading a book but through the direct transmission of a living teacher.”

A variety of different meditation techniques so that the practitioner can become familiar with the various meditative modalities available to them. For example, we will be using Vipassana (Insight meditation) which uses mindfulness and breathing techniques to develop serenity and wisdom to create a clear, calm, & concentrated mind. This is an opportunity to practice this ancient and life transforming way. Learning to trust the body-mind relationship.

Tracy shares how every person has the capacity to mobilize deep, innate resources for continual learning, growing, healing, & transformation through mindfulness. The varying techniques each produce their own unique experiences & benefits. The practitioner, in a very short period of time, will begin to see and experience the value of their impact. Meditation will bring you back to your inner source.

Tracy has an extensive background of meditation practice.  She lived in Boulder, Colorado and learned from some of the great masters of meditation.   Her longest meditation sit was for three months, eight hours a day in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado where she lived for five years.  She teaches her students in such a clear way that the beginner student begins to really grasp how to meditate.

Meditation is not a future-oriented process of getting better.
Meditation is the experience of now.
It is a process of embracing who you are, fully, in the moment.”
