Learn Beginner’s Meditation with  Tracy Austin

A wonderful beginner introduction to meditation.

Level One is a 6  week course, usually on a Tuesday night in Richmond Hill (Bayview & 16th Avenue).

The class is from  7:30 to 9:30.  A total of 12 hours of class time with Tracy over the course of 6 weeks.

This introductory course will help you to understand and feel the amazing benefits of meditation!

You will learn several major meditation techniques from both the yogic and Buddhist paths.
Some of the practices we learn are:

  • Vipassana (mindfulness practice)
  • Breath meditation
  • Walking Meditation
  • Body Scan
  • 3rd eye meditatons
