Level Two Meditation Classes
- Pre-requisite ~ must have taken Level One Meditation Course
- 6 sessions – 7:30 to 9:30 pm
- Our 7th session is a weekend day trip to one of Canada’s largest Buddhist Temple with a tour by one of the Budhist temple guides, afterwards we get together for a group lunch
