Meditation is a form of training, so the more you do, & the more  you do it, the more you’ll see progress.
Even as little as 10 minutes of meditation every day will make a noticeable difference to your life.

 

Our natural state of mind is actually calm and clear! Meditation teaches us to slow our mind down and experience that peacefulness.

This process teaches us to know how our mind works — most of us, at this point, only know that our mind can drive us crazy! Wouldn’t it be nice to get to a place where WE have a choice in the matter and are not at the mercy of every thought!

Tracy will help you accomplish all these things by learning more about the way your mind works. You’ll learn to recognize unhelpful patterns of thought, feeling, and action that tend to make you less effective. These unhelpful patterns include getting unnecessarily angry, or feeling despondent. You’ll learn how to let go of these patterns.

You’ll also learn how to choose to respond more creatively, in ways that allow you to remain calm and aware of the effects of your actions on yourself and others.
